Learn for the first time or review the basics of mountain biking. We focus on developing a strong neutral body position for climbing and descending and explore techniques for braking on various surfaces and steepness. You will discover the skills needed to smoothly and safely make turns and try basic wheel lifts and pumping for rollers. In each session, we will discuss a new skill and progress on the trails. We always prioritize learning in a fun and supportive environment. We can’t wait to ride with you!
