Learn for the first time or review the basics of mountain biking. We focus on developing a strong neutral body position for climbing and descending and explore techniques for braking on various surfaces and steepness. You will discover the skills needed to smoothly and safely make turns and try basic wheel lifts and pumping for rollers. In each session, we will discuss a new skill and progress on the trails. We always prioritize learning in a fun and supportive environment. We can’t wait to ride with you!

I took an intermediate bike skills course with Jo, and had a great experience. You can tell Jo doesn't just love to ride bikes, but she also enjoys sharing that passion with others. Her classes are fun and Jo communicates how to do each skill in a way that's easy to understand. She gave me time to practice each new skill before hitting the trails.

Absolute QUALITY service from start to finish. From my initial enquiry about prices and availability - with a prompt, friendly response from Dan. On arrival for my 3-hour guided trail tour, the chap organizing my bike noted that I'm from the UK so offered to switch the brakes to the UK set up for me! My guide, Nuno, could not have been better, offering me clear technical advice without overloading me and keeping the whole experience FUN - a really laid back bloke who let me find my feet and knew exactly where to go for my skill level... on the maze of un-signposted trails. If your a first-timer on the Squamish trails a guided tour is a must. The bike was superb quality and set up to my weight and height etc. A proper 5-star experience. Thank you.
