Guide
Our certified guides have some of the best office views in Squamish and share their passion of mountain bike with others every time they head out on to the trails. Does this sound like the job for you? All of our guides are supported by our team located at our base in Brackendale and each guide has full access to our in house shop. We encourage our staff to have fun on two wheels and exchange stories with guests at the end of the ride at our own hang out spot on site.
Tasks
- Meeting guests well before the scheduled departure time
- Providing assistance at all time throughout the ride
- Planning rides for multiple ages and abilities
- Exceeding guests expectations through information gathering upon meeting riders
- Having fun on two wheels!
Experience/Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Works exceptionally well with others
- Experience on the Squamish trail network (Not mandatory but considered an asset)
- Mountain bike in good working order
- Valid First Aid (OFA Level 1 at a minimum / Wilderness First aid 40-80hrs)
Kids Coach
Join Dialed In Cycling for a summer full of fun and have the opportunity to work with like minded people in a positive environment. Our kids coaches know how to have fun on two wheels and can plan for activity off the bike as well to keep participants engaged at all times. We have a strong team culture in our kids camps and encourage all staff to participate in team rides, staff events, and head out in the community to volunteer on trail days and more. The future of our sport are the kids in our community and our goal with Dialed In Kids is to create life long riders through the enjoyment of riding and connection with friends. Come have some fun on two wheels this Spring/Summer!

Bike Mechanic
We consider our working environment to be one of the best in Squamish. Our location is in the forest with a creek running right in behind the shop. When the weather is nice we encourage you to be outside getting the bikes ready for the day. Our mechanics have flexible schedules and we want to work with you on putting together a plan that works best for your Spring/Summer in Squamish.
